Being
jobless person for almost two monts driving me insane since I am the type who
get bored easily of everything. I used to spend my time going to fitness
centre, writing, and watching films. Since it’s fasting month and I get no
routine activities like my old life I’m going crazy and became demotivated.
I did workout in fasting month but ended up being so weak
and lazy to go to gym. I was sick, going on a trip to climb Mount Prau and I
messed everything up. I forget to control my appetite and became demotivated to
do the workout. I supposed to be healthy but damn I ruined it myself. It’s
already 10th day of the fasting month which means I have 20 days
left to control my appetite. Please behave, don’t eat too much like a pig -___-
But, the thing is I’m jobless and stay at home. Refuse to eat every tasty food
is such a waste, emm so I am still confused to continue workout during fasting
month or not. Damn, I’m demotivated. I need moodbooster but I find it nowhere
