13 Days of My Eating Diary, Mayo Diet ~

     Diet mayo, apa itu? Diet dengan makan mayonnaise dicampur ke makanan? Ternyata bukan, salah tafsirku tentang diet ini membawaku penasaran untuk ikut mencoba. Diet mayo adalah sebuah metode diet garam dan air es yang dipopulerkan di Amerika, dalam tempo 13 hari hanya mengkonsumsi makanan tertentu tanpa sekalipun memasukkan menu bergaram dan es dalam menu. Kita juga dianjurkan minum air minimal 2liter sehari. Kelihatannya cuma dua minggu, kelihatannyaa. Setelah melihat hasil si Iqbal turun 8 kg dan dengan keadaanku yang magang baru 3 minggu tapi berat naik sekian kilo sempat membuatku kaget dan ngeyel mencoba. Antara yakin dan tidak sebenarnya, tapi karena sudah terlanjur membeli selada, lemon dan sekian bahan yang menguras kantong diet ini pun kucoba.
    Mayo diet, what’s that? Diet by eating food with mayonnaise? The truth is not, my misunderstanding about this diet drives my curiousity crazy to try it. Mayo diet is a salt and ice diet method that’s popular in America, in 13 days consuming certain kind of food excluding salt and ice in the menu. We are suggested to drink min. 2 lt water a day. Seems easy only for two weeks. After seeing the result on Iqbal with his 8kg loss and my condition gaining several kilos in my 3rd week of internship that shocked me and it makes me wanna try. In between to try or not, but I`ve already spent money buying lettuce,lemon, and another diet materials, then I decide to try it.
    Kelupaan menimbang badan di hari pertama, dan akhirnya aku turun sekilo saat menimbang di hari kedua. Dan ternyata timbangan berat di kantor ini rusak ( Anggi, why are you so stupid? </3 )  dan ini sudah hari keenam saat aku menyadari menimbang dengan timbangan rusak selama lima hari ini. Di hari keenam aku menimbang berat di apotek dekat rumah. Dan ternyata berat badanku baik – baik saja, karena terlanjur sadar di hari keenam akhirnya kuputuskan untuk menyelesaikannya sampai hari terakhir. Yang nanggung nanggung itu ga baik bro ~
    Forget to check my current weight in first day, and I drop 1kg off when I check my weight in second day. And the reality is my office scales`s broken ( Anggi, why are you so stupid? </3 ) and it’s already 6th day since I realize that I check my weight these five days. In 6th day, I check my current weight in a pharmacy near my house. The reality is there’s no problem with my weight. Since I realize it in my 6th day, I decide to continue it till the last day. Halfway is no good bro ~
    Lupakan urusan timbangan, kembali ke topic tentang makanan yang kumakan selama 13 hari ini. Walaupun sempat melakukan kesalahan, at least aku meneruskan diet mayo ini sampai hari ke 13 . Dan inilah menu diet mayo ala Anggi Restiana Dewi ~
   Forget about the scales, back to the topic of my eating in those 13 days. Although several times I made mistakes, at least the mayo diet could be finished in the 13th day. And here are mayo diet menu by Anggi Restiana Dewi ~

·         Day 1
-          Pagi  : secangkir kopi + sepotong roti gandum 
Breakfast  :  a cup of coffe + 1 slice wheat bread

-          Siang  : 2 kentang + 2 tomat + 2 telur rebus + sawi
Lunch  : 2 potatoes + 2 tomatoes + 2 boiled eggs + greens
 
lunch day 2

Menu makan siang hambar menyiksa, yeks mau muntah, seharian lemes. L
The luch menu is tasteless, makes me sick, and powerless. L
-          Malam : selada + lemon + ayam rebus
Dinner  : lettuce + lemon + boiled chicken breast
day 1 -dinner
        Kecutnya  ampun T.T
        Sour ommo  T.T

·         Day 2
-          Pagi  : Jamu kencur + sepotong roti gandum
Breakfast  : herbal drink + 1 slice of wheat bread


-          Siang  : 1 kentang + 1 roti gandum +brokoli +telur rebus tomat ditambah bawang merica bubuk  + papaya
Lunch  : 1 potato + 1 wheat bread + broccoli + boiled egg with tomato plus garlic and pepper + papaya

Better than yesterday ~
-          Malam  : selada + lemon + ayam rebus
Dinner  : lettuce + lemon + boiled chicken

·         Day 3
-          Pagi : secangkir kopi + roti gandum
Breakfast  : a cup of coffee + 1 wheat bread

-          Siang  : selada tomat + telur rebus bawang mateng + brokoli + apel :3
Lunch  : lettuce tomato + boiled egg with garlic + broccoli + apple :3


-          Malam : selada ayam + lemon water , eh nambah nangka 3 biji maaap L
Dinner  : lettuce chicken + lemon water, eh plus 3 jackfruit sorry L


·         Day 4
-          Pagi  : secangkir kopi + roti gandum
Breakfast  : a cup of coffe + 1 wheat bread





-          Siang  : tahu putih bawang + 1 roti gandum + brokoli + tomat ayam + manga
I love the tomato chicken :3
Lunch : tofu garlic + 1 wheat bread + broccoli + tomato chicken + mango



-          Malam/ Dinner  : papaya lemon + yoghurt, heavenly :9


·         Day 5
-          Pagi  : jamu kencur + oatmeal mangga jeruk  
Plus pisang sama semangka gara – gara syukuran KPP habis senam. T.T
Breakfast : kencur drink + oatmeal mango orange


Plus banana and watermelon, Kpp hosting an event after gym T,T
-          Siang  : tahu putih dicukai + tuna tomat + brokoli + mangga
Luch   : tofu with vinegar + tomato tuna + broccoli + mango


Karena kebanyakan cuka, jadi pusing dan berakhir ga dimakan separuh lebih. Makan secuil roti krim dan lemes mau pingsan L Terus makan salak sama minum seliter air karena merasa berdosa cheating. Hari ini ke Temanggung fair dan jaga stan.
Too much vinegar, dizzy and ended up not being eateng. Eat a piece of creamy bread and limp, nearly blackout L Then I eat salak and 1lt water, feeling guilty of cheating. Today I attend Temanggung fair and be the host of my office stan.
-          Malam  : selada + separo pisang + lemon squash
Dinner  : lettuce + half banana + lemon squash



·         Day 6
-          Pagi  :  secangkir kopi + oatmeal mangga pisang
Breakfast  : a cup of coffe + oatmeal mango banana 


-          Siang :  brokoli + ayam bakar bawang + selada + mangga
Lunch : broccoli + burn chicken w garlic + lettuce + mango
 
-          Malam : 2 telur rebus bawang + wortel + lemon
Dinner  : 2 boiled eggs w garlic  + carrot and lemon



·         Day 7
-          Pagi   :  segelas jamu kencur + oatmeal apel
Breakfast  : a cup off kencur drink + oatmeal apple

-          Siang   : tahu + bayam wortel + ayam tomat + mangga
     Cuacanya bikin laper, makan 1 pisang lagi deh..


Lunch  : tofu + spinach carrot + tomato chicken +mango
Todays weather makes me hungry, so I eat banana then
-          Malam / Dinner : banana


·         Day 8
-          Pagi   : secangkir kopi + banana oatmeal
Breakfast  : a cup of coffee + banana oatmeal   


-          Siang  : kentang + tahu + telur tomat + sawi + apel
   Lunch : potato + tofu + tomato egg + greens + apple


-          Malam  : pisang rebus + air lemon
Dinner  : banana + lemon water




·         Day 9
-          Pagi   : secangkir kopi + mango oatmeal
Breakfast  : a cup of coffee + mango oatmeal

                 

-          Siang  : kentang + bayam + tahu telur oseng manis tomat + mangga
Lunch  : potato + spinach + egg tofu and tomato mix + mango



Udah cuek males banget hambar ga taha, ditambah bawang gula merah biar ga nyiksa
I don’t care anymore with the tasteless food, adding garlic and aren sugar for the taste
-          Malam  : jahe panas + gula non kalori
Dinner  : hot ginger drink + no calories sugar

·         Day 10
-          Pagi   : secangkir kopi + mango oatmeal
Breakfast  : a cup of coffee + mango oatmeal


-          Siang  : kentang + tahu + sawi +telur orak arik tomat + mangga
Lunch : potato + tofu + greens + scrumble egg w tomato + mango


-          Sore/ afternoon : papaya and banana

·         Day 11
-          Pagi   : secangkir kopi + oatmeal mangga
Breakfast  : a cup of coffee + mango oatmeal


-          Siang   : bunga kol + ayam + selada lemon
Lunch  : cabbage flower? + burnt chicken + lettuce lemon
-          Malam  : sawi + pisang + yoghurt
Dinner  : greens + banana and yoghurt :9


·         Day 12
-          Pagi  : segelas teh manis + oatmeal pisang
Breakfast  : a glass of tea + banana oatmeal


Dan cemilan di syukuran kantor, ketela ungu sama pisang rebus. Dan sebelumnya ada tart nyuil di syukuran. Ditambah sepotong bakso dan pangsit malang. Masya Allah, everything’s ruined. I don’t wanna do this anymore T.T

And the snacking in office’s event, cassava and banana. And a piece of the tart in syukuran event. Plus meatball and malang pangsit. Masya Allah, everything’s ruined. I don’t wanna do this anymore T.T

-          Siang  : selada + tauge + kentang + tomat + telur rebus + mangga
Lunch : lettuce + bean sprouts + potato + tomato + boiled egg + mango


-          Malam/ dinner  : wedang jahe /ginger drink



·         Day 13 ( Last Day :3 )
-          Pagi   : secangkir kopi + oatmeal
Breakfast  : a cup of coffe + oatmeal



-          Siang  : sawi bayam saus kacang + tahu + tomat + telur + mangga
      Lunch : greens spinach with peanut + tofu +tomato+ egg+ mango


-          Malam/Dinner : banana and yoghurt :9

    Nah, itu dia 13 hari diet mayo ku. Walaupun tergolong fail, setidaknya aku menyelesaikan apa yang kumulai. Biarpun banyak godaan dan itu menyiksa hahaha. Dua minggu memang terdengar sebentar, saat dimulai rasanya lama sekali waktu berjalan. Kata blog referensiku, saat diet mayo ini kita akan sering mengeluarkan racun tubuh melalui urin, jarang pup karena metabolisme tubuh sedang diatur, dan kulit menjadi lebih halus, and the fact those are the truth ~ Dare to try? Go for it. Asal siap dengan semua konsekuensi dan tahan nafsu selama waktu diet. Yang terpenting dari menjalani sebuah diet adalah komitmen. Hasil jangan terlalu dipikirkan, yang penting enjoy sepanjang diet ( diet mayo nyiksa, kalo ga siap jangan nyoba). As for me, diet mayo cukup kali ini saja. Silahkan dicoba tapi jangan ditiru gagal diet penuh ini wkwkwk. Keep eating healthily and be happy everyone ~

   Nah, that’s my 13 days of mayo diet. A failed one, but I finished what I’ve started. Although there’re too many obstacle and it suffers me a lot hahaha. Two weeks seems awhile, when it’s started then it feels like time goes really slow. Based on my blog reference, during diet our urination frequence will be more often, rarely poop caused by the body metabolism, and the skin be smoother, and the fact those are the truth ~ Dare to try? Go for it. As you’re ready for the consequences and hold your desire during the diet. The most important thing of diet is your commitment. Don’t think about the result, enjoy the process of diet ( mayo diet suffers you, If you’re not ready just don’t try). As for me, this mayo diet is enough. Just try but don’t do this failed version like mine wkwkwk. Keep eating healthy and be happy everyone ~
